You are now going to start receiving requests for bids from every buyer or seller who is looking to buy or sell in the zip codes you signed up for. There are no restrictions to what you bid. The bids are given in a flat dollar amount. You will have the buyers price range and the sellers estimated value of their house. We realize the number may or may not be completely accurate but it should be in the ballpark of where you are going to list/buy. You have 24 hours to submit a bid after you are notified of a bid request. 24 hours after the request for bid is submitted, the platform will grab the 3 lowest bids that were submitted and send them to the buyer/seller along with the agent’s contact information. In the event of a tie, the agent who has been registered on our platform for the longest period of time will be sent to the buyer/seller. You will be notified if you are one of the winning bidders. If you are one of the winning bidders, you will receive buyer/seller contact information. It’s all up to you from that point so you can contact the client and earn their business. A New Agent is not involved in the transaction in any way and we do not receive any part of the commission.
Additionally, A New Agent will give you a free month for every month you do not receive any requests for bid during this introductory period as we are building our presence so there is no risk to you. This introductory period will run through July 1, 2025.
