Live agents will bid on each individual bid request, there are no algorithms in use.

You will receive the lowest 3 bids, with the agent’s contact information, in 24 hours. In the event less than 3 bids are received, you will receive every bid that is submitted

The decision to contact one or all of the agents is entirely up to you.  You are not obligated to work with anyone.  It is your choice to proceed with one of the winning agents or not.  We simply provide you with the winning bids and contact information.  We are not involved in the real estate transaction.
